Hi, I'm Sof. I'm a designer who specializes in making complex systems legible.

Whether I'm mapping an end-to-end workflow, prototyping to pressure-test a product decision, or helping a team see a problem they couldn't articulate yet, I work to bring clarity to hard, ambiguous spaces.

I've ramped quickly across some of the most complex corners of enterprise software: developer tools, CCaaS, fintech, data visualization, and education. What made that possible is knowing how to orient fast in unfamiliar territory.

That same scrappiness extends to how I work: paper sketches, FigJam, journey maps, diagramming, research, vibe coding, AI-assisted exploration. I reach for whatever the moment needs to get from fog to clarity.

Right now I'm designing the experience for building and managing AI agents at Dialpad. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Sr. Product Designer [2024 – present]

I ramped quickly into the CCaaS space, taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects across the contact center product. I'm currently designing the end-to-end experience for building, managing, and deploying AI agents on the Agentic platform. Reach out to see the work.

Prisma

Sr. Product Designer [2022 – 2023]

Worked with the team on defining and iterating Prisma's SaaS platform for developers building data-heavy applications. With a DX-driven approach, I collaborated closely with Engineers, streamlining complex flows and database management and scaling tools into user-friendly steps. In addition to shaping the platform's onboarding and project creation flows, I played a key role in launching new features for the data platform.

Palabra

Sr. Product Designer [2020 – 2022]

As first designer on an early startup, I facilitated the ideation, visualization, and prototyping of the product's MVP: a PLG tool for SaaS B2B teams to understand funnels. Collaborating closely with engineering and product, I shaped the information architecture and feature flows for the product. This included features like onboarding, subscription flows, funnel building flows, and designing developer tools for integrating databases.

Acamica - Sr. Product Designer [2018 – 2019]

Specialized in LXD (Learning Experience Design) while collaborating with a cross-functional team in creating a multi-dimensional product. This included developing the learning platform, defining career paths, and designing the actual classroom experience.

Aerolab - Product Designer & Design Director [2014 – 2018]

As the leader of the Design team, I ensured top-notch quality and standards in our projects. I led and contributed to design projects, leading the digital transformation initiative for Banco Galicia. This included the successful redesign of their online banking platform and application.
